On your first visit you will be welcomed as a member of our family. At Tobin Family Chiropractic in Raleigh, your health is our top priority. You will be asked to fill out required forms which will help us gain important information about yourself and your condition.
One of our doctors will then meet with you to discuss your condition and health history. They will ask specific questions to determine if chiropractic care will benefit you. After a thorough consultation you will have a complete chiropractic evaluation. The purpose of this is the determine the location and extent of subluxations. The examination includes a posture evaluation, range of motion testing, palpation (checking your spine by hand), reflex and sensory testing, as well as necessary orthopedic tests. From the examination the doctor will gain important information regarding your condition. If the doctor deems it necessary from your examination, x-rays may be taken at this time.
After your complete evaluation the doctor will schedule you for a Report of Findings and treatment appointment. Our doctors will walk you through every step of the process and ensure you are comfortable and nothing will be done without your consent.

Insurance plans can vary greatly, therefore we will verify your benefits in office and explain your coverage prior to treatment. For patients with little or no insurance coverage we offer flexible and affordable payment options.
